Brittany joined Dodds Wealth in 2026 as the People and Operations Manager. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education.

As People and Operations Manager, Brittany leads people operations and strengthens internal processes across the firm. She focuses on improving systems, supporting employees, and creating operational efficiencies that help the team do their best work for clients. Her work helps ensure Dodds Wealth continues to grow with a strong foundation and a people-first culture.

A Colorado native, Brittany lives in Parker with her two children and two cats. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her backpacking, camping, or hiking in the mountains. She also enjoys curling up with a good book, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
